To get started, a $30,000 deposit secures your order and locks in your production slot. This ensures materials and scheduling are locked in while we finalise the details of your build and delivery.
You’ll then receive your documentation, floorplan, and next-step guide so you know exactly what’s happening from here.

Deposit & Order Confirmation
Every site is different, and most locations require council or planning approval before installation. During this stage, we’ll provide you with the plans and specifications needed for submission and guide you through what your local council will typically require.
Once approvals are in place, your modular home will move into production and we’ll confirm your delivery timeline.

Approvals & Preparation
When your home is ready, we’ll coordinate delivery directly to your site. Free within 200km of Fremantle Port. You can choose to complete the DIY installation using our step-by-step guide or arrange professional installation through our team.
